Accordingly, our policies are designed to be fair to customers while reflecting the made-to-order nature of our products. Please read the following details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 36 hours of placing it for refund.
- After 36 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
- Once a design proof is approved for customized products, cancellations are no longer allowed.
- To cancel, you must notify us in writing at support@aurablindandwallpaper.com with a clear cancellation request.
Return Policy
- Custom-made products (blinds and wallpapers tailored to your measurements or design approvals) are strictly non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs and risks must be borne by the customer for all eligible returns.
- We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels in transit.
- Refunds are processed only after we receive the goods or a valid proof of return delivery.
Conditions for a Valid Return
- Return request made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items are unused, in their original packaging and condition.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Goods damaged during transit.
No refunds will be given if:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
- Delivery failed after 3 attempts by the courier.
- Refunds are not applicable in cases where the shipment is refused at the time of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 working days once returned products are received and verified.
- Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Installation, labour, or any additional costs are non-refundable.
- Products that have already been installed or altered are not eligible for a refund.
Dedicated Design Assistance
- Every premium order includes a dedicated design expert to ensure your wallpaper or blind fits perfectly.
- Design/customization time is calculated based on measurements and added at checkout.
- Design service charges are non-refundable once the work has begun.
- If an order is cancelled after design work, any applicable design charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Extra design time used beyond the allocated limit will also be deducted from the eligible refund.
